1. ONLINE SHOPPING

1.1 Care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is as accurate as possible. However, while color reproduction is a close representation, slight variation may occur in actual merchandise. Therefore, we are not in a position to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before placing an order you should read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your order.

1.2 By submitting an order to us through our website, you warrant that the payment details provided in your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person named in the billing details.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

2.1 Shortly after placing an order with us by clicking the ‘Confirm Order’ button, we will send you an email with the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or acceptance of your order by Le Bas .

2.2 Acceptance of your order and termination of the contract between you and Le Bas will take place when your order is dispatched, unless it has been canceled in accordance with the instructions set out below.

3. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

3.1 The return policy is for goods purchased on the lebas.co website.

3.2 Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund. Please return them in their original, unused condition (with their original packaging), with all tags, within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

3.3 Refunds will be made for the amount of the original purchase. Please note that shipping and other return costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

3.4 Return or exchange procedure:

1 / Send an email to info@lebas.co with a brief explanation of your return / exchange. Please include the merchandise style name, order number, and the reason for your return/exchange. For an exchange, we will check if the requested merchandise is in stock. If not, you can choose to return the item.

2 / Once your return / exchange is authorized by lebas.co you will receive a confirmation email.

3 / Include this note in your package.

4 / Send us the package with the merchandise with the tracking number to the address below /

5 / All international returns must be sent with a tracking number. International returns without a tracking number will not be accepted. Send an email to nfo@lebas.co with the tracking number.

6 / Once the merchandise is accepted for exchange, the new article will be sent according to availability.

7 / Once the exchange process is complete, you will receive an email confirming your exchange and the tracking number.

8 / Once the returned merchandise is accepted, we will process the refund in seven business days, at which time you will be notified by email.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges that do not meet the conditions set out above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be given. For any question or doubt regarding the return / exchange send us an e-mail to info@lebas.co.

4. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free shipping with tracking number.

Once the order has been processed, it will be shipped within the next 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email with your Track & Trace number and a link to the website where you can track your item.

Our orders are shipped from our offices in Ireland and Buenos Aires based on proximity.
